科研工作情况:
开展了Tb-Dy-Fe超磁致伸缩材料和Fe-Ga、Fe-Al、Fe-Ni等合金研究。TDT-110稀土超磁致伸缩材料在40kA/m磁场下的磁致伸缩应变达到950~1200×10-6。<110>取向多晶Fe-Ga合金棒和Fe-Ga合金轧制薄带在施加预应力的条件下磁致伸缩性能超过300×10-6。
JDM-30 magnetostrictive coefficient measuring system
JDM -30 system is applied in measuring magnetostrictive coefficient of materials. It is based on the strain gauge technique under a magnetic field applied in the direction parallel or perpendicular to the samples. It has been extensively employed to measure the magnetostrictive coefficients of rare-earth giant magnetostrictive materials Tb-Dy-Fe and Fe-Ga and Fe-Al alloys. The magnetostrictive coefficients of TDT-110 material (Tb-Dy-Fe) reached 950~1200×10-6 under the magnetic field of 40kA/m. TDT-110 material has been successfully applied in many fields. The Fe-Ga directional solidification and rolled materials has the strains higher than 300×10-6 under low magnetic field.
