设备简介

 

本设备是在中国科学院沈阳科学仪器厂生产的非标设备，具有电阻和电弧加热两套系统，用于制备高熵合金、非晶合金、高温合金等，并带磁搅拌系统，保证熔炼合金的成分更加均匀，可以吸铸成棒状、板状等各种形状。

 

主要性能指标及具体参数

 

1.      电弧熔炼阳极有五个工位（半球窝R25），三个熔炼合金工位（带磁搅拌），一个吸铸工位；真空吸铸装置和各种模具，吸铸模具外形尺寸Φ100×100.

 

2.      工作温度：电阻加热可以达到900℃（热区 60×80）；电弧加热可以达到3000℃。

 

3.      工作真空度：10^-4Pa。

 

4.      水压继电保护：报警（蜂鸣）并切断相关电源。

The arc/resistance heat melting and suction casting facility is mainly used for the preparation of metallic alloys with different compositions, especially for the high entropy alloys and bulk metallic glasses. The facility equipped with several electromagnetic stirrers which can make the alloys more homogeneous. It can cast samples with various dimensions and shapes. The resistant heat melting is mainly designed for the preparations of alloys which contain the elements to evaporate, e.g. Mg, and Mn, etc. The facility can melt almost all of the metals, which includes Tungsten.
