ZG-2XF真空悬浮熔炼炉

真空悬浮熔炼工作原理真空悬浮熔炼方法,是在真空条件下将所熔炼的金属炉料,置于感应线圈所形成的高频或中频交变电场中,使磁场能量集中于坩埚容积空间,进而在炉料的表层附近形成强大的涡电流,一方面释放出焦耳热使炉料溶化,另一方面形成洛仑兹力场使熔体悬浮(或半悬浮)和搅拌

熔体可达到很高的温度(1700℃—2000),宜于熔炼高熔点金属或其合金。熔炼时炉料的悬浮将有效防止炉料与坩埚壁接触所带来的污染,宜于获得高纯度或极活泼的金属与非金属材料。

Working principle of VLM: Vacuum levitation melting method is that furnace charge was put into medium frequency alternating electric field made by induction coil in vacuum circumstance, magnetic field energy was focus in the crucible, powerful eddy current formulate on the surface of furnace charge.    Joule heat melt the charge, meanwhile Lorentz force can levite and stir the melt.

The temperature of melt can reach 1700-2000, it is easy to melt high-melting metals and alloys.Levitation can prevent contamination from crucible, It can obtain high purity or active Metal and non-metal materials.
